    Welcome to Workfolio, a platform provided by HI.ERD Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Workfolio (the "Platform"), available at https://workfol.io, you ("User" or "you") agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms").     Workfolio is a platform designed to enable individuals, sole traders, and businesses to create professional portfolios, host links, and connect with potential clients or collaborators. We act solely as an intermediary platform and are not responsible for the quality, reliability, or suitability of any User or the services they provide.

    2. Service Description

    The Platform allows Users to create a portfolio website, host links for social media profiles, and showcase work. Users may opt for free or paid subscription plans to access additional features. All payments for paid subscriptions are processed by third-party payment processors, such as Stripe.

    We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any feature or service at any time, without notice.

    3. User Responsibilities

    Account Creation and Management

    • Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.
    • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
    • Users must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of their account.

    Content and Conduct

    • Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, share, or display on the Platform.
    • Content must not infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
    • Users agree not to upload any offensive, illegal, or objectionable content.
    • Users are responsible for ensuring their conduct on the Platform complies with applicable laws and regulations.

    4. Platform's Role and Liability Disclaimer

    Intermediary Role

    • The Platform functions solely as a medium for Users to create and share portfolios. We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee the quality, reliability, or suitability of any User or their work.
    • We are not party to any agreements, contracts, or transactions between Users.

    Limitation of Liability

    • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from interactions, agreements, or transactions between Users.
    • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
    • In no event shall our total liability exceed the fees paid by the User to us in the six months preceding the claim.

    5. Payment Terms

    Payments for subscriptions or other paid features are processed by Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to comply with Stripe's terms and conditions and privacy policy. We are not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, or errors caused by Stripe.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content, trademarks, and proprietary materials on the Platform are owned by the Company or licensed to it. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or display such materials without prior written consent.

    Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and promote the content on the Platform.

    The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites.

    8. Termination

    Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

    • Breach of these Terms
    • Content uploaded by the User
    • Disputes between Users
